  • If you are late more than 15 minutes, your appointment/booking will be automatically cancelled and deposit payment will not be refunded.
  • Deposit payment will be refunded only when you cancel your appointment/booking 1 day before or more of your appointment/booking date.
  • Changes of appointment can only be made 24 hours before your appointment date.
